We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment.
We unfortunately do not accept American Express cards.
Your payment card will be charged accordingly when an item is physically in stock and ready to be dispatched, or in the case of a service plan, can either be charged on the 1st, 15th, or 30th of the month as per agreement between the user and Opulence Stoves.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
When you place an order to purchase a product or service from Opulence Stoves, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, or receive a service, which is accepted by us by way of either a dispatch note or confirmation email accordingly, which is included when you receive your order.
Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact us, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Any product or service on the same order, which we have not confirmed as accepted in either your dispatch note or confirmation email, does not form part of the contract.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
If a non-specialist product is in stock, we aim to dispatch items for receipt within 3 to 5 working days.
If the product is not in stock, we aim to dispatch items for receipt within 10 to 14 working days.
Specialist products may take up to 6 weeks for delivery due to seasonal change.
All timescales given for delivery are not guaranteed and are subject to availability of service from our delivery courier, as well as accessibility to property.
Items within an order can only be changed prior to receipt of a dispatch notice. You may change your order via phone call to the customer services team on 01284 768542.
Following the customer’s receipt of a dispatch email, the user can no longer change the order, and will then need to refer to our returns policy.
All deliveries must be checked and inspected prior to the signing over of goods.
If you wish to return your delivery after dispatch, or if any part of your stove or goods received are broken, do not accept the delivery and return it directly to Opulence Stoves. On receipt of the failed delivery, we will either arrange for new goods to be sent out, or for a refund minus delivery costs.
Non-faulty goods received may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus delivery costs, however they must be in the exact condition as received, for the product to be resold.
Should a product or stove be damaged, or in any way unsuitable for resale, and delivery of said product be accepted, we will not be able to accept a return.
Our stoves sold online are subject to a 10 Year Warranty directly from Morso Stoves.
This warranty is only eligible if the warranty document enclosed with your stove has been filled and returned to the manufacturer, and a HETAS registered engineer has installed your appliance.
Should your appliance have been installed by an individual who is not registered as a HETAS engineer, your warranty will be void.
In addition to the flue and stove manufacturer warranty, we have a 1 year labour warranty that provides you with peace of mind. Sign up to our Servicing and maintenance cover plan to extend you labour warranty to a 5 year Guarantee.
